What ages is soft play for?
Instaplay Soft Play is designed for children ages 1–5. Expanded Mixed-Age Play may include a separate bounce house or activity for older children.
How many children can use the setup?
Tell us the approximate number and ages of children who may be playing. We’ll recommend the package that provides the most appropriate experience for your group.
Manufacturer occupancy rules and adult supervision requirements still apply.
How much space do I need?
Signature Soft Play generally requires an approximately 12×12 play area.
Signature Soft Play + Toddler Bounce requires additional room for the inflatable and attached ball pit.
Expanded Play requires a large or open space. All final layouts are subject to approval.
How long is the rental?
Each play package includes up to four consecutive hours of party use. Setup is completed before your scheduled rental time, and pickup begins afterward—so setup and pickup do not take away from your four hours.
Additional time may be added for $50 per hour when scheduling allows. Rentals require same-day pickup; overnight rentals are not available.
Can you set up indoors or outdoors?
Both may be possible depending on the selected package, available space, access, surface, weather, and shade. Include the location details with your inquiry so we can confirm.
Will I receive the exact pieces shown in a photo?
Specific pieces and layouts may vary based on your colors, venue, space, and inventory availability.
Every setup will still provide the complete experience described in the package booked.
Is adult supervision required?
Yes. A responsible adult must supervise the play area and children using the equipment at all times.
Is the equipment cleaned?
Yes. Equipment is cleaned and sanitized as part of the rental and setup process.
What if I don’t know which package to choose?
